Maurizio Colangiuli, aka Mad Mac, was born in 1966.
After 4 years at the school of accountancy (wanted by his parents), driven by a passion that had always been repressed, drawing and painting, he decided to change school, starting with the first year of the Art School, finishing it with excellent results.
He then worked for many years in the advertising sector, first as an illustrator, then as a graphic designer and art director but, as soon as he could, he devoted himself body and soul to his passion.
He has always been fascinated by art, design, painting and all things vintage. He chooses his subjects according to what he is most passionate about: from the female body and pin-ups, to vintage car art and racing lifestyles, surf art and its world to wildlife and landscapes.
